IP Vs. Domain Name:

IP stands for internet protocol, which is like a phone number for a computer. each computer has its own specific number. with so many computer it would be almost impossible for someone to find what they are looking for. The domain name was developed to make it easy for a person to find what they are looking for. An example of a domain name would be WWW.CNN.COM which is linked up to its own IP address. The domain name becomes some what of a phone book for the IP numbers.
