Fun with Pythagorean Triples

Abstract.  

A Pythagorean triple (x,y,z) is a triple of positive integer solutions to the equation x2 + y2 = z2. We will review Euclid's characterization of Pythagorean triples. We will then consider results on enumeration of certain types of such triples.
