Welcome to Room 315's web page! I am looking forward to this year's class and I think we will find many opportunities to learn and have fun. This year, I will be teaching students the fundamentals of reading. As this is such a difficult task for many children, I would appreciate any extra help parents and guardians are able to provide. It is my goal to have every child complete the Book-It program this year, so this will mean lots and lots of reading at home. Also, if anyone would like to volunteer to chaperone for field trips or help with class parties, you can find a link on the parent page to leave your contact information. I plan to keep families updated on our classroom activities by sending home a classroom newsletter every two to four weeks. If you would like to see a list of classroom rules or current homework assignments, feel free to look at the student page.
