The reason I have become a student at Western Michigan University was to play hockey. I am a scholarship athlete on the varsity hockey team. I hope to use hockey as a gateway to meet many new people and enjoy making new friends. At the same time as that I am making friends I would also like to help build Western Michigan into a championship hockey team. I would like to be a CCHA champion before I graduate from Western. I already have figured out what I would like to go into after school, that solves a lot of questions that many freshman have.

While at Western I hope to graduate with a BA in finance. I would like to be envolved in the banking world on a personal basis instead of corporate. I think I connect more on a personal then a professional level, this I beleive will help me develop long lasting relationships with my clients. Since I entered into school as a 21 year old freshman I beleive I will be more mature then most other students when I am ready to pursue a career in finance.
