I Have introduced TQM concepts by actively soliciting comments from students for each segment of the course and taking remedial action where ever possible.

Have designed the curriculum for Health Care Finance Course. This was incorporated in the 1988-90 Graduate College Catalog under Health Care Financial Management [FCL 612].
