On a personal level, I came to college because my parents wanted me to. After high school, I did not want to go to school anymore or move away from home. However, I did to make my parents happy and I am glad that I did. I love it here and I would not trade this experience for anything. I have learned many things academically and about myself. I used to be very shy growing up and I have learned to not care about what other people think and to live life to the fullest, you only live once so make the best out of it. I have also learned that I can achieve whatever I put my mind to. Since I have been here, I have met many amazing people and have made many close friends, which I hope to keep in contact with after I graduate. Going to college has been the best experience that I have had. Overall, I hope to find myself, meet new people, and grow as an individual.

On a professional level, I would like to find myself following a successful road to managing my own business. I am majoring in Management and plan to minor in Marketing. Since I was little, I have always wanted to own my own photography studio or salon. I am an organized, creative, and hard working person. I put my all in everything that I do and make sure that it is right. Over the summer, I plan on working as an intern to get the hand on experience. One of my goals is to achieve a 3.7 GPA or better during a semester. I try to do the best that I can and work hard to achieve my goals. Overall, I want to have a successful career so that I can live a fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle in the future.

On the other hand, a personal goal of mine is to develop better communication skills and become more outgoing. As I said above, I have always been a shy person and have been hiding myself inside. Everyone sees me the way that I am but inside I am someone else and only I know who that is. I do not know why I have been hiding myself but I think it is because I used to care too much. However, since I have been I have grown a lot and I have become more outgoing but not to the extent that I would like. I know that I am learning and growing day by day and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me.
