ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY STAFF DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

When implementing a new staff development model it is important to obtain feedback from the teachers and other staff directly related to it. Evaluating can take on many different forms such as surverys, questionnaires, observations, or simply conversations between teachers and administrators. Without this feedback it is impossible to know what staff thinks about the development model, questions they may have, or other methods that might peak their interests.
