I am Megan Duffy and am 22 years old and am currently teaching your children. I was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. I have one brother, Sean. I also have a mother and father, Jan and Jerry, and my nephew Caleb. I attended Western Michigan University for five years and graduated in Elementary Education with English and History as my two minors.
I worked in schools and community centers. This gave me an insight in to working with children of diversity. This enabled me to gain a greater knowledge of working with diverse children. I worked with children/students that were of all different races and/or different soceioeconomic status. I also worked with children that had disabilties such as ADD, ADHD, and from the autistic spectrum. Though I have worked with diverse children, I think of children as just that, children.
