I enrolled at Western Michigan University with the notion that I would major in interior design. Like most college students, I went back and forth between majors several times before I settled upon TV/Film production with a minor in E-Biz design and Women's studies. I strive to take courses which challenge me, yet allow me to obtain the information given so that I can best further myself in my career choice.
College has helped me to realize that I want to make an impact on the world. There are so many people who spend their days hiding in the crowd, and I want to stand out. I have a voice that I want to be heard, and I feel film is the best way for me to accomplish this.
In several years I plan to be living out of state, possible in California or Boston. My dream is to eventually own my own production company in which I will produce and direct films that make people think...films that may be considered controversial.
Look for my name on the big screen, I'll be the one behind the camera.
