OVERVIEW 3. If there is no time to spend for any hobby, try to think what you want to do as for your hobby. 4. If the time to spend for house hold less than 1hour for a week, let’s think that what you can do for house hold and plan to do it for every day. 5. If the time to spend with your family members less than two hours for a week, try to think how to spend time with your family members for every day.
PRESENTATION 6. Make an ideal time management with consideration of above.
EXERCISE 7. Practice the ideal time management.
SUMMARY 8. Review the ideal time management and to realize your character and habit. And manage the time again which you can do on your real daily life.

IV. Exercise(2 Weeks for practice by yourself)
