In my family, college is not an option, it's definitely required to successfully make it anywhere in life. It is easy to say that college is the best opportunity anyone can receive, not only does it help you academically in life, but also socially, by putting you in new situations where you learn to enhance your social skills and become more familiar with diverse obstacles. In my future, I hope to work in the Travel and Toursim industry. WMU will provide me with the necessary experience through their major as well as the geography club. I will minor in Spanish, as well as General Business. Studying Abroad in Argentina next spring will be the best experience to fully become familiar with the spanish culture and language.

Other plans I have for my future are traveling the world. I feel studying abroad will be a huge step towards that goal, as well as my major being very involved in travel. Knowing spanish will help with a lot of situations I may come across while traveling amongst different cultures. Doing new and exciting things is what keeps me going. I hope to never be bored with my goals and future because spontaneuity is key!
