Take the Motivation Questionnaire in the Luthans Organizational Behavior 11th ed., pp. 240-242.

The Goal of this questionnaire is :

(a) To experience first hand the concepts of one of the work-motivation theories - the popular Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

(b) To get personal feedback on your opinions of the use of motivational techniques in human resource management.

The questions for the Motivation Questionnaire have 6 possible responses. Please do not skip any questions and answer all the questions for a proper evaluation. You will get results separately for the 5 different hierarchies of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The answers can range from a score of -12 through +12. The score is the relative strength you attach to each of the needs in Maslow's hierarchy.
