8/06-present Director, Center for Academic Support Programs. Supervise the operations of departments within CASP (including University Curriculum, Student Success Program, Academic Skills Center, and the Writing Center).

8/99-8/06 Academic Advisor and Alpha Program Coordinator, University Curriculum. Advise students who are exploring their interests and possible majors prior to declaring a major. Coordinate a special admission program for freshmen students who are admitted on probation.
