I feel that college will help me grow in my leadership standpoint. I want to major in Human Resources Management and minor in Spanish so college will help me learn this skills that I will need to know in the work force. So maybe one day, I can hire employees, and then hopefully be a CEO of a company. Personal goals of mine are to become more social. Sometimes I tell my friends that I am awkward. I am actually a RA on campus so college gets me out of my shell by talking to new people and doing programs where I have to speak to my peers and residents that look up to me as a role model.
