The last technology is very familiar and in the last 10 years has become one of the most popular technologies. The technology is the current day cell phone with internet access. Most classrooms require that cell phones are turned off during class. Or the school may simply ban cell phones entirely. In reality the cell phone provides the instructor with many distinct advantages. 1:1 computing has become a hot topic in education. There are issues with 1:1 computing including hardware costs, availability outside of school, and wireless or wired access.
