Dr. Nicholas Andreadis
is Assistant Professor, Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology
and Director of the MA in Human Resources Development Program at Western
Michigan University. Dr. Andreadis is an experienced physician, educator
and organization development consultant skilled in creating and leading
innovative and practical solutions to complex organizational performance
issues. The focus of consulting activities is on learning and performance
improvement and organization and leadership development. Scholarly activities
are pursued in the area of leadership and organizational development.
From 1992- 1997 he served in several executive positions at Pharmacia
and Upjohn including Vice President, Global Leadership Development, where
a record of strategic and operational contributions was established resulting
in improved profitability, process improvement, organizational development
and merger integration.
Dr. Andreadis received a B.A degree from Kent State University and M.D.
degree from Creighton University. He is a Fellow of both the American
College of Physicians and American College of Cardiology.
