Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is the idea of starting your own business. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to start your own business, but it all will pay off when your business is successful.

Successful entrepreneurship is characterized by quick yet stable growth. Hiring people to do jobs is number one (Kimmons, 2013). If a company wants to be successful hiring the right people is extremely important. It is important for entrepreneurs to pay attention to every piece of their company, but what really is important is having employees who are responsible enough to do their job without their overview. (Kimmons, 2013)

Unfortunately not every business works out and if that happens large financial risk is involved. Bankruptcy is a huge concern for any company. Approximately one fifth of all small businesses fail each month. (Ask, 2014)
