Hello, my name is Nate Frisbie and for the past two seasons I have had the priviledge to be a Graduate Manager for the men's basketball program at Western Michigan University. I have been involved in many aspects of the program that have prepared me to positively impact another university and develop a culture of success. I am involved in daily operations such as: scouting of opponents and most of our film responsibilities, preparing our coaching staff for recruiting trips and oncampus visits for recruits, team travel coordination, and various game day responsibilities.

Prior to WMU, I was an assistant coach at Kalamazoo Valley Community College where I gained valuable experience recruiting off campus and scouting, as well as player development and team instruction. I know what it takes to be a successful program and I know what I can bring to each school will help make the men’s basketball program successful both on the court and in the classroom. I am looking for a program that I will be excited about investing in its student-athletes and community while pursuing my desire to coach basketball collegiately.

I have been blessed to have great coaching mentors that have instilled in me the confidence and work ethic to make me a successful colligate basketball coach. I look forward to bringing my strong work ethic and enthusiastic mindset to helping young athletes be the standard of excellence in the classroom and on the court. I have learned quickly to have a high standard of excellence for the program I am with and my standards will not change. On my resume is a list of my basketball administrative (coaching and non-coaching roles) career, as well as a list of professional references. I welcome the opportunity to discuss further how I can benefit the basketball program and represent the university in a positive manner.
