Its items are sold under Blackburn, VistaLite, Easton, Giro, Bell, and Riddell labels. Through its Easton Sports unit, it is a top manufacturer and distributor of hockey sticks and baseball bats. ESB sells its products through retailers ranging from Wal-Mart to local sports shops and has licensing agreements for brands like Fisher-Price and Mongoose for its accessories. The company was created through a merger between Riddell Bell and Easton Sports in 2006. Bauer Nike Hockey Description: Bauer NIKE Hockey outfits the biggest players who showcase their talents on ice. A wholly-owned subsidiary of NIKE, the firm makes ice and roller hockey equipment including sticks, custom-made sticks, skates, helmets, protective gear, and apparel under the NIKE and Bauer brand names.
