Saving documents in rtf so as
to crossover different platforms.

1.  Open the document.

2.  Go to file on the heading menu

3.  Select ‘Save as’

4.  A new window will open

5.  At the bottom of this window is a

pull down window entitled, “Save as Type”

6.  When you pull down this menu, one of the options you will
see is ‘rich text format’

7.  Choose it

8.  then click the save button.
