My name is Phill Capps, I am an Arts Management major hopefully with Public Relations minor. I would like to start my own theatre company. Find an old warehouse and form it into a theatre and put a bar in it. College will help me through all of this. It will teach me the things I need to learn to better myself as well as how to deal with people I am not so fond of. Also, learning about society and people and why they do the things they do also interest me. I would like to take a few sociology classes to understand how the world works and to get the ability to look at the world through different eyes.

With my personal self, I would like to learn how to understand people better. Learn how to accept other people’s thoughts and ideas. Working with new people along with living with new people here at WMU has helped me with that. I would like to be more independent and being an hour away from home helps me work and that too. I feel that I am becoming a better person because of my adventures here at Western.
