If you are thinking about being a business marketing major, you have to know that fragmentation is the name of the game in 2014; when it comes to marketing.  Traditional media like TV, radio and print will become even more disjointed, and social networks, mobile platforms and other parts of the digital arena will follow similarly diverging paths.  However, restaurant marketers should not be concerned about this. Instead, they should see the opprotunities to stand out across multiple avenues through branding plans that allow for integrated marketing and the ability to build consumer awareness in new ways.
