On a personal level I wanted to come to college to discover who I am and who I would like to become. I was nervous to come to college and to be completely independent, it was something I had never done before. It has been a little over two months that I have been away at college and I feel that I have learned so much about myself and my capabilities. I have had experiences here and I have never had before and I think through those experiences and through meeting a lot of new people I am begining to discover myself. Although I have learned a lot, my journey has just begun and I know that I will be gaining academic knowledge as well as personal understanding for the rest of my life.

On a professional level I wanted to come to college to get a higher education. I want to develop the knowlege and skills I need in order to obtain a career and be sucessful in life. I also wanted to gain a good academic record as well as real life experience that will be sure to help me later on in my life. By going to college and taking the required courses, I will be soon be on my way to nursing school and become a Registered Nurse.
