Hi my name is Rebecca Chandler. I like to be called Rebecca. I graduated in December from WMU with a MA in Human Resource Development. I recieved my undergraduate degree from Davenport University with a BA in Human Resource Management. I am a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant for Kellogg's. We face new challenges in employee development as we become a truley global organization. Instructor led courses are insufficient to reach our audience. We need to learn how to leverage technology to train, educate, and develop our workforce. That is why I have enrolled in this course.
I am not taking this course as part of a degree, I just see these skills as necessary to move my company forward. My career goal is to become a manager of an L&D function in a large corporation. I am still undecided about any future degrees.
I have two sons. Kody who is 16 and a wonderful basketball player and Ty who is 15 months and potty training. Here is a picture of them when Ty was just a couple of days old.

I live in Schoolcraft, Mi with my family. We have been there for over 13 years. I was born and raised in Southwest Michigan. No plans to leave but I am open to new opportunities. For fun I like to garden, shop, and cheer for my son.
