will work well together in project groups. There is very little corporate
hierarchy everyone contributes in multiple ways. For example one of googles
webmasters generally makes their holiday logos. He also knew a second language

Diverse Workforce
The google website is seen around the globe so it makes sense that it would have a global workforce. There are google offices around the world with employees from many different ethnic groups. Many different languages are spoken by the google staff

Virtual
A majority of their busieness can only be accessed through the internet so its not surprising google is a virtual corporation. They have continued to expand their online business into more things than just he search engine. One of their newest expansions is the Google Video Store, allowing users to buy and download their movies from the internet
Networked
Its very important for the google corporation to have a strong network as they are spread across the globe. Without the communication good networking brings google would have serious problems continuing to expand their business
Global
As google
expands its focus has shifted more and more to the global markets. Their
employees and their customers are a very diverse group of people coming from
many different cultures and countries. Just recently they opened up a new
office in
