I’m Ms. Janssen, and welcome to 4th grade at Richland Elementary! Thank you for taking the time to visit our classroom site. Communication is the key to a successful experience, so do not hesitate to use this site to contact me about any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. This is going to be an exciting year, and this website provides lots of detailed information to assist us as we go along.

The Student page offers our classroom expectations, homework assignments, and a list of suggested readings for the current unit. There are also links to other websites for homework help and interesting information about what we are learning this year.

The Parent page allows parents to stay on top of their child’s education and provides links to many helpful resources. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me!

The Teacher page is filled with links to lesson plans, teacher organizations, and resources for other teachers to explore. Please let me know if you have any other great sources you would like me to add.

The Professional page tells about my education and work background as well as my career goals to show why I love working with children. There is information about what interests me and some specific skills which enhance my classroom.
