Personal Bio

I was born on January 5,1983 in Kalamazoo Michigan at Borgess Hospital. I grew up in Paw Paw, Michigan and was the youngest child of three. I grew up with two older sisters. I was always involved in sports growing up and played soccer starting at the young age of 5. In high school I played both varsity soccer and basketball. In college I played two years of varsity soccer at Cornerstone University. I attented Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan for five years and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Physical Education. Once out of college, I took a job at a small urban Christian school in Grand Rapids, Michigan called The Potters House. I have taught there for three full years and am currently pursuing a Graduate Degree in Sports Management at Western Michigan University. Above is the seal to Western Michigan University.
