To aid in our decision in choosing the best accommodations for our conference, the answers to the following questions would be appreciated;
1. Is your hotel capable of providing a large conference room, for approximately 500 representatives, for the general meeting on Wednesday?
2. Do you have a sufficient number of conference rooms with adequate seating capacity, 20- 30 persons, to support about 15-20 smaller meetings throughout the day?
3. What would be the costs for using these conference rooms?
4. Would you be able to provide overhead machines, screens, microphone equipment and film equipment in each of the conference rooms and at what cost?
5. Do you offer banquet facilities, for approximately 850 guests, for an awards dinner on Friday night?
6. What are the menu options would you be able to offer for the dinner? What would be the cost per person for the dinner?
7. What type of entertainment would you be able to provide or accommodate for this dinner and what are the costs?
8. What is the cost of a single room? Double? Suite? Will you be able to provide 10-15 complimentary suites for top executives?
9. Does your hotel provide transportation to and from the airport?
In addition to answering these questions please provide me with any other information you think might be pertinent in making our decision. I have 30 days to obtain the information. I would appreciate it if I received you r reply before October 20th.
