1- how to open an existing file?
open the Microsoft Access and click on the arrow the menu will appear click on open.
2- After that the simple of file will appear the very top bar click on it
3- After clicking a pop window will appear to choose the file you want to open
4- the file will open and if you have create any tabels or relationships will appear in the left navigation pane.
