Diversity is:
 giving students a variety of opportunities to express themselves and their knowledge, allowing students to express that knowledge through various mediums, presenting material in exciting and spontaneous ways, exploring different races and cultures, exploring how those different races and cultures relate, realizing that life is what you make of it, realizing all of the things that you can make out of life, understanding that four walls do not make a classroom, understanding that the world is a classroom, understanding that everyone learns differently, understanding that everyone teaches differently, and understanding that in some way everyone is a teacher.
