Course Objectives This course covers many aspects of human performance & limitations in teh cotext of Crew Resource Management. CRM is relevant for all disciplines in aviation and not just pilots. Currently, most texts and examples revolve around the flight deck, but the instructor makes every effort to relate the subject to every human involved in teamwork of any kind, particularly in aviation. Subjects covered include leadership, communication, stress and performance, human information processing, error management and situational awareness, group dynamics and corporate cultures.
