Overview CRM which is taught by Mr. Gil Sinclair is a two credit avation class that focuses on how to work as a team to maxamize all possible resources. The course follows the topics in the book very closely and includes two assignments, a final exam, and a very small research project. Attendance and Participation are also included in the final grade. PowerPoints and handouts are available to enrolled students through WebCT.
