I am a PhD candidate in Applied Economics at Western Michigan University planning to complete my dissertation by June 2013. My current research, as part of my dissertation, involves the empirical analysis of the relationship between foreign aid and trade capacity of developing countries under the mentorship of Dr. Eskander Alvi. I completed my high school education in Nepal, received my undergraduate degree from Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota and I am pursuing my graduate work at WMU since 2009. As part of my graduate training, I teach Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. Please follow the links above to explore more about my teaching and research agendas.
