Collegiate Objective
Going away to college is a whole new experience in life. For me it is a chance to get away from home and just have the freedom to explore the world around me and to get to know what I really want out of life. For most students, and me as well, college is the first real chance for freedom. You don’t have your parents telling you what to do and where to be at what time, or in my case you don’t have a coach telling you what time practice is every day that we have a game. This is my chance to do what I want with my time and create a great future and present. I want to enjoy every second that I can on campus and have fun with my friends, and meet as many new people as I can.

Professionally, my goal is to graduate here with a great career or career path. As much as I want to have fun, I also know that I am here to go to school. One big goal that I have is to get a 4.0 GPA for every semester. I know that it will not be as easy as high school, but I am willing to work at it. If I don’t get it, then I am sure that I will be close and I will graduate with a great GPA. I want to join clubs on campus that will help me network with professionals so that I can really get a taste of what I want to do for my career. I plan to do everything I can to better myself, personally and professionally, so that I can have great skills and be the person that all employers are looking for. I just want to make myself proud, and my parents, for what I can accomplish professionally in life.
