Format

·        use 8 ½ x 11 inch white paper

·        double space paper

·        use one inch margins

·        use a header in the upper right hand corner on all pages

·        use page numbers in the upper right hand corner after the header on all pages

·        use flush left

·        use 12 pt Times Roman or 12 pt Courier

Title page

·        Running head is a maximum of 50 characters

·        the title is in all capital letters

·        i.e. Running head:  ADOLESCENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES

·        title

·        centered

·        author’s name

·        centered

·        Reference page is a separate page
