Format

· use 8 ½ x 11 inch white paper

· double space paper

· use one inch margins

· use a header in the upper right hand corner on all pages

· use page numbers in the upper right hand corner after the header on all pages

· use flush left

· use 12 pt Times Roman or 12 pt Courier

· Running head is a maximum of 50 characters

· the title is in all capital letters
