I am a transfer student, and this was my first semester at a big university. I took two years of a community college before I decided what I might want to do with my future.  So, I obtained an associate’s degree in liberal arts and am now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business finance. I am hoping the rest of my time here will be as good as the first semester here. I am sure it will only get harder, but it will help me gain an interest and hopefully some work experience in the field I am learning in

On a professional level, I want to take what I have learned from Haworth, and hopefully get a job in a large business firm.  It’s either that or open up a business outside of Michigan.  My uncle has a landscaping business on the West side of the U.S. and will eventually make my way out there one of these summers.  From there, I would like him to teach me how he runs and operates his business, how he got started, and if he has any ideas on expanding his business. Either way, I am going to strive for perfection.
