Self-Evaluation
I learned from this project how important it is to able to work in a group to achieve a common goal. The skill that I can use in future business, when working in groups, is the ability to make sure that everyone knows their task and the importance of completing it. I will use this skill in my personal life knowing that doing a project alone is not always the best way to go. Sometimes having four different minds working as one can have great results. I felt that our team functioned very well and we were prompt in completing our project. A team building skill I learned from this is just how vital team communication is to get a task done. The only thought that I have on this first project is that webct really makes communicating with your group easy and simple.
