My Dog Quila: I first saw Quila at my friends bar he was working at. Some local bar attendy, who also gave my friend Ryan his dog. So Ryan couldn't keep the dog, so I knew I wanted it from the start. She is a half chocolate lab and half american pitbull. I was at school though and I couldn't have the dog in the dorms. Well It was April now and my friend Ryan had given her to our friend Marty. Marty liked the dog but he wasn't sure if he wanted one. I kept telling him if he waited I'd take her when I got done w/the school year. He let me take her actually one day before I was supposed to and I've had her ever since. I got her when she was about 3months old
I knew it was going to be tough to keep the dog b/c I'm in college and exspecially now since I am attempting to get into the AT program. She is now just about to turn a year old and she's absolutely awesome. She likes to chew some stuff up sometimes but only when I make her mad I guess. I know what your thinking, she's part pitbull... I took this dog everywhere and she met so many people and other dogs that she is so socialized u'd never know. She is very sweet and loves everyone(she can be protective sometimes though so that's a good thing). She is now only about 2 feet high but is 80lbs of pure muscle. She definitely has the attitude of both dogs, she loves to swim, hunt, snow, car rides, fetch, tug o war, chewing on bones, and so much more. Here are some more pictures of my dog-ter.
