Madonna was one of the biggest fashion icons of the 80's. Girls dressed in leggings, necklaces displaying the cross, headbands, dark sunglasses, and lace gloves. | |

Leggings were a definate must. They were long socks that girls layered over their tennis shoes or high heels. |

Converse was one of the most popular shoe brands of the 80's These shoes were also know as "Chucks," and could be seen on both guys and girls. |

The man on the right , Don Johnson was a character in the hit televsion show Miami Vice. The look seen here, a white blazer and pants with a pink collared shirt underneath and white shoes, was made popular by his character. He became a fashion icon when many young boys and men began to copy this look. Many would wear the light jacket and pants with a light pink, teal, or green collared shirt underneath the blazer and of course we can't forget the white shoes! |
