Michigan was putting up great numbers and for the first time in long time they were in the fight for the championship title. That was until they decided to play like garbage on the biggest game of the season. Ohio State vs Michigan is one of the biggest rivalries in college football and they had the chance to take it to them at the shoe and just couldn't capitalize. In the end it was a very close game but in the first half Michigan looked terrible. I dont know what happened in the locker room but when the second half came around the wolverines looked like a whole team . They made some great plays on offense which gave them the oppurtunity win the game. Henne was putting up some good numbers and Hart finally got his running game going. It was looking good for the victors. The game clock was running down and Ohio St. had the ball out of fieldgoal range. Its 3rd and 15 when Troy Smith rolls out towards the sidelines, looking down field, no one is open but he fires one while running out of bounds and boom he gets rocked. You would think oh great they have to punt, but unfortunatly the jack ass from Michigan hit Smith late and it was helmet to helmet. That caused a 15 yard penalty that resulted in a touchdown. After that penalty that guy should have taken off his helmet and punched himself repeatedly in the nose. Anyhow the Michigan Wolverines are in the rose bowl and are playing against USC. I believe there is a pretty good chance that we are going to kick their ass's.
