Tara Murdock Portrait


Tara Murdock studies music therapy at Western Michigan University's School of Music. She is a second soprano voice major.

She graduated from Glenoak high school in Canton, Ohio.








During her 4 years in high School Tara was a part of the Glenoak high school Choral Department where she was involved in many shows and concerts. The pictures to the left show Tara in an annual show called "May Show".

During the summer of 2010, Tara participated in a select summer program in Joplin, Missourri where she traveled the east coast to different churches and sang worship music.


Orlando Missions Trip




During her senior year of Highschool Tara was involved with the Youth Band at her church where she lead the youth in Praise and worship. Also, she was given the opportunity to do missions in Orlando, Florida with the youth group. To the left are pictures of the trip.






WMU invitational








During her senior year of high school Tara was a part of a select vocal jazz ensemble called "The Drifters" and also part of the advanced choir "Chorale". The drifters are invited every year to participate in WMU's Gold Company Invitation and Tara was given the opportunity to do a few solos and sing great music. To the left are pictures of the group from the GC invitational and of chorale singing at an annual christmas concert.
