Collegiate Objective

My main objective as a college student is to better myself in every way that I possibly can before graduation. To me, this means first and foremost succeeding in the classroom. Not only do I aim to maintain the highest possible GPA, but I also strive to get the most out of each and every class I take at Western Michigan University. Furthermore, in order to fully accomplish my objective, I must take advantage of every opportunity to further my professional career, including jobs, internships, seminars, workshops, and much more. I also plan to build lasting relationships with friends, colleagues, and professors. All of these things will put me in a much better situation up graduating.

On a professional level, I plan to learn what it takes to develop an exceptional career and begin my journey toward success. One of my specific goals is to maintain at least a 3.7 cumulative GPA throughout my entire college career. I also hope to be invited to the Lee Honors College here at Western and continually exceed the requirements set forth by both the university and the honors college. When I graduate from Western, I will receive numerous job offers from many of the most desirable employers in the world.
