The following
is a list of scheduled meetings and due dates for the Spring semester.
Additional meetings involving the faculty field liaison are available,
and may be scheduled at the request of either the student, the field
instructor, or the field liaison. Group seminars involving all PP&A
students and the field liaison may also be scheduled as needed.

Revised and updated learning contract must be approved by the field
instructor, and a copy submitted to the faculty
liaison. |

Student and field instructor should hold a mid-semester
evaluation (i.e., midterm performance review meeting).

end of
14th Week: |

later than April 13, 2007
An end-of-semester performance review meeting between
is held to evaluate the field education experience
and the student's performance. Students should have
an updated portfolio of their activities and accomplishments
prepared for this meeting. |

The final evaluation, signed by student, field instructor and field liaison is due. |
