(a) Follow the online instruction to
complete this application if you are applying
for the first time to the master’s degree
program in special (adapted) PE.
(b) You need to download the form of
“Graduate Readmission Application” and
complete it if you are seeking re-admission
to the master’s degree
program in special (adapted) PE.
Please follow the online application instructions specified on the application
form to send the required fee and materials (e.g., application fee,
and transcripts) to the Office of Admission.

Application to the Funded Grant
If you are accepted the Graduate College at Western Michigan University and you want to receive financial support for your tuitions and textbooks from the funded grant, you need to download and complete the GRANT APPLICATION FORM carefully and submit it to the Project Director. Send to:
